What's with the name (and pic)?

I'm sure you're wondering curiously about the origination of the name We Are The Glue - or maybe you hadn't noticed. Either way, sorry to disappoint but there is no compelling story behind it. It's quirky, odd, a little interesting (like only a little) and different - kind of like me (welp). As for the pic - it's a placeholder and I also look curiously cross-eyed in it.
