We have been fortunate enough to partner with some amazing small (and not so small) businesses in Atlanta for our Soca On The Go branded events.
Soca On The Go is a new brand, developed to challenge the status quo in our community and curate unique experiences. Our Soca Wine Tour, held in September was a success as a result of planning, execution and great partnerships.
Next week, our Soca Cabin will take place - a fun filled weekend with music, intimate events, games, prizes and so much more.

Our partners for both events are worth mentioning, but for now, we'll share our cabin partnerships. They all bring something different to the event and we encourage you to support them so they can continue to support our community:
1) Toute Bagai Designs - Designs that woo and tempt you. A Trinidadian-owned online clothing, accessory and custom brand merchandising company. Her website contains designs that connect you to your Caribbean roots in subtle ways - ways only we as Caribbean natives know and recognize. She also has a wide variety of swimwear and cover ups for all body types.
If you need custom branding or printed items for your next event or trip, she can help with that too. Our Soca Cabin goodie bags look AMAZING and we can't wait for our cabin guests to open them up!
2) Caribshopper - Do you miss your favorite Caribbean products? Of course you do! And I don't just mean food or drinks - I mean personal care, bath & body, hair products - their range is extensive. They'll ship it right to your door! Oh and a bonus - if you use the code, SOCAONTHEGO, you'll get 10% off your purchase.
3) Sprattlin Castor Law - Do you have a plan in place if anything unexpected were to happen? Whether we want to think about it or not, estate planning is an important consideration as we have kids, celebrate big milestones and start business ventures. It won't hurt to reach out to Nancy to start having those conversations. Mention SOCAONTHEGO - she'll take good care of you, either way.
4) Soca Wine - Patrons at our events thus far, have been able to sample their delicious wines made at the winery in Maryland. Their rum punch wines are especially delicious and will be featured at the Soca Cabin for brunch. If you want to order any of their wines and you are based in Atlanta, send us an email at socaonthegoevents@gmail.com and we will be happy to connect you.
5) Lush Cosmetics - I was introduced to Lush Cosmetics a few years ago and although their prices are on the higher end for your every day body care items, their products are handmade and use fresh ingredients - it makes a difference! Everytime I go there, I usually get my favorites. My absolute favorite product from them is their Rose Jam Shower Gel - it's pretty thick so it lasts a long time and the smell is divine! Their Buffy Body Butter is a great product for me in the winter. I have extremely dry skin and I can use their body butter on my skin in the shower. When I get out there is no need for lotion and the scent is subtle.
6) Carib Lingo - Not an official partner for this event, but always so generous and willing to support in any way possible. They have a trendy clothing line that connects our community to home through the power of words. Their graphics are conversation starters that can keep you going for hours - after all, EVERYONE knows it's curry chicken and not chicken curry.
